Transcendental Meditation (TM)

A great teacher derived from India; Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, an advocate of Transcendental Meditation and fed the minds of many throughout the world.

TM is not a religious form of meditation but to enhance the state of enlightenment. TM focuses on the Mind-Body System and nourish to function at optimal levels.

TM Involves:

  • Internal mantra
  • Seated in a lotus position
  • 15-20 minutes two times a day

Research has shown that Transcendental Meditation clicks the whole brain to function as a unit; and positive effects have been reported to work after the first session. Many reports by daily users had increased wisdom and potential during mental activities, artistic ability and physical ability.
